Welcome to cosette.app (the “Site”). The Site and the Cosette AI SMS messaging program are owned and operated by Cosette AI (“Cosette AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site or our SMS program.

SMS Terms

Program name and description. The Cosette AI SMS program sends text messages to users who have opted in, including transactional notifications, alerts, and account or service updates.

How to opt in. You can opt in by providing your mobile phone number and giving consent on our SMS Consent & Opt-In page. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and account notifications.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply to messages you receive from and send to Cosette AI. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

How to opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from Cosette AI. To rejoin, opt in again the same way you did the first time.

Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at cosette@cosette.app.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes: reading, browsing, and contacting us. When you use the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use it for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates these Terms
  • Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its server, or any connected system
  • Interfere with the Site’s operation, including by introducing malware or overloading it with requests
  • Scrape, harvest, or copy content in bulk, including to train AI or machine-learning models, without our written permission
  • Send spam, harassment, or abusive messages through our forms or SMS program
  • Provide a phone number that is not yours, pretend to be someone else, or misrepresent your connection to any person or organization

We may restrict or block access to the Site or SMS program for anyone who violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Unless noted otherwise, Cosette AI owns the content on the Site: writing, design, graphics, code, and the Site’s overall look. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view the content and share links to it. Any other use, including republishing, selling, or creating derivative works, needs our written permission.

Messages You Send Us

When you contact us through the Site or by SMS, you agree to give accurate contact details. Please don’t send confidential information unless we’ve agreed on it first. Sending a message doesn’t create a contract or any duty of confidentiality.

Third-Party Content and Links

The Site may include links to other websites or embedded content from third-party services. We don’t control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. When you use embedded content or follow a link, that service’s own terms and privacy policy apply.

Disclaimers

The Site, the SMS program, and their content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site or messages will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cosette AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or SMS program, including lost data, profits, or goodwill. If we are found liable for anything related to the Site or SMS program, our total liability is limited to $100.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain of these limits, so some may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cosette AI harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or SMS program or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Andrew County, MO.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Site or remain subscribed to our SMS program after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don’t enforce a provision, we haven’t waived our right to enforce it later.
